An early Wednesday morning power outage affected more than 23,000 people in the Puyallup, South Hill, and Summit areas.
Power has been restored for thousands of people in the Puyallup area. A widespread outage that started at about 9:06 a.m.
Crews say the cause of the outage is under investigation.
