Lorry almost tips over on Humber Bridge Shocking footage has emerged after a HGV almost tipped over on the Humber Bridge during 72MPH winds which were brought in by Storm Lilian this morning, Friday 23 August. Restrictions are in place to prevent wind vulnerable and high sided vehicles from using the bridge. A 20mph speed restriction is also place. However there have been reports of several vehicles crossing and being affected by the weather today before the rules were put into place. In another
