The recipe: In a large bowl, mix: -2 8oz blocks of cream cheese, softened -1 red bell pepper finely chopped -1 15 oz can black olives finely chopped -1 15 oz can corn (regular or sweet) -1 packet powdered ranch seasoning -1/4-1 jalapeño finely chopped (optional) -Best served with wheat thins!
