Please be careful with searching phone numbers for insurance companies (or any company) online. Many of these numbers are fake/scams. Scammers are becoming more strategic. Today, I looked up the phone number for Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance so I could call them and get my Primary Care Doctor switched. They told me that my insurance policy had been paused until they could reverify employment status, following the recent government shutdown that supposedly impacted insurance companies.
